Amusement Park Fees
The cost of taking the family to the amusement park seem to rise much faster than the rate of inflation. It comes down to supply and demand. As long as the demand is strong relative to supply the ticket fees will continue to increase.
But there are strategies to reduce your fees and make the most of your time. Take the time to research the various packages to get the best value for you.
Most larger parks have “express line” option where you can pay a hefty premium to get into shorter lines or some form of quicker access. If this helps avoid staying a 2nd day and booking a hotel, then it may be worth it. If you don’t mind the people-watching and standing line is accepted, then you can avoid these fees.
