- Go to ‘Your Orders’.
- Locate your order in the list and click ‘Problem with Order’.
- Select your problem from the list.
- Select ‘Request Refund’.
- Enter your comments in the text box. (see our section on Effective Complaining before entering comments)
- Select ‘Submit’.
